    It is scary that everything is brain. I want to use it well. 3 things seem to be important: sleep, focus, and exercise. Sleeping deep has been tough with ages and worries. I have been skating almost daily for an hour since July. I am loving it so far – the ice sound, cold air, clean color, and smooth movements…. Trying out focusing longer. It makes me feel grounded, calm, and confident.
